Naturale Touch SpaTique is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including guests who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or who have light sensitivity, low vision, or motion sensitivity. Accessibility is part of how we design and maintain this site, not an afterthought.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Our website is substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, meaning most of the site meets the standard, and we are actively working on any areas that fall short.

Some content hosted by our partners — including our online booking system and our online store — is provided by third parties whose accessibility we do not directly control. If you have difficulty using any of these, please contact us and we will help you complete your request by phone or in person.

Accessibility Features

• A “skip to main content” link at the top of every page for keyboard and screen reader users
• Full keyboard operation, including the main menu and its submenus, with a clearly visible focus outline
• Text and background colors tested to meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast ratios
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, with decorative images hidden from screen readers
• Semantic headings, landmarks, and labeled form fields so pages can be navigated by structure
• Background motion and video respect your device's “reduce motion” setting, and no content flashes
• Layouts reflow for text enlarged up to 200% and for small screens, without loss of content
• Menus and dialogs close with the Escape key and never trap keyboard focus

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some limitations remain. We are aware of the following and are working to resolve them:

• Our online booking and online store are operated by third-party providers; their accessibility is outside our direct control
• The embedded map is provided by a third party and may not be fully accessible; our full street address is listed in text on the Contact page
• Some older photographs may not yet carry fully descriptive alternative text

Anything you can do on this website, you can also do by phone or in person. Call us during business hours and a member of our team will book your treatment, describe our services and pricing, arrange a spa party, or purchase a gift certificate with you directly.
