- • Start with a welcome beverage of either Detox Tea, Spring water, Coconut water or Electrolyte drink. You will enjoy the following 3 step treatment.

Relaxing Back Therapy - Cleansing, Hot aromatherapy towels, Steam, Exfoliation Scrub, Back massage with Himalayan Salt stones or Basalt stones and Botanical Clay Masque
Refresh Mini Facial - Steam cleansing, Aromatherapy, Epicurean fruit enzyme exfoliation, and cooling Thermo masque.
Infrared Sauna with Himalayan Salt therapy - Enjoy and relax in our state of the art Infrared Sauna with the lowest EMF on the market, and constructed with the finest Canadian Hemlock wood. Infrared will slowly heat your core in order to assist in detoxing your body, aiding in weight loss, calming aches and pains, and stepping up your immune system for better health and wellness. Chroma therapy mood lighting with 6 various colors, music, refreshing beverage, cool face towel, and dry towel afterwards complete your session in the sauna. Himalayan Salt therapy for your feet as well. A light energy snack plate will be served after your session.
- • First time users will have a lower temperature setting and shorter time in order to adjust.
- • Please bring with you either a swimsuit or T shirt and shorts.
- • Socks, slippers and robes will be provided.
- • Towels will be provided.
- Sauna Protocol:
- • No alcohol use prior to infrared sauna.
- • Hydrate with water before and after sauna use.
- • No pregnancy or nursing/ no current illness/ no open wounds/ no communicable disease.
- • Uncontrolled high blood pressure or any health issues that dry heat will be an issue.
